Cancellation and Refund Policy

At ISKCON Hare Krishna Dham, we strive to provide clarity and fairness in our cancellation and refund practices. Please review our policy below to understand how cancellations and refunds are handled for various services and offerings.

1. Event Tickets

  • No Refunds: All ticket sales for events, including festivals, workshops, and special programs, are final. We do not offer refunds for any tickets purchased. Please ensure that you are able to attend the event before completing your purchase.
  • Event Cancellations: In the unlikely event that an event is canceled by ISKCON Hare Krishna Dham, ticket holders will be offered the option to transfer their tickets to a rescheduled date or receive a full refund.

2. Donations

  • Non-Refundable: All donations made to ISKCON Hare Krishna Dham, whether for general support, temple construction, or specific funds, are non-refundable. Donations are considered a voluntary contribution to support our mission and activities.
  • Modification of Donations: If you wish to modify the details of your donation, such as its allocation or payment schedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

3. Merchandise Purchases

  • Returns and Exchanges: Items purchased from our temple store or online shop are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds for Merchandise: If a refund is approved for returned merchandise, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Workshops and Courses

  • Free Workshops: Most workshops and classes offered by ISKCON Hare Krishna Dham are free of charge and therefore do not require any cancellation or refund policy.
  • Paid Workshops and Courses: For paid workshops or courses, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the start of the workshop may be eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time.
